New designs used in an optimisation programme for a massager used by professional athletes.
Project
TimTam sell their products directly from their website but were seeing poor conversion rates. They wanted to work with an agency that could provide insights into how they could improve the performance of their website and lift sales.
Role
I worked with BrowserToBuyer to provide design assets based on their wireframes ready for development. The homepage, product page, checkout were all redesigned and tested with various elements.

We redesigned the homepage and made the sportstars who use the product more prominent.
Product page
"We did a load of research about into the customers and what motivated them and what would cause them to buy. One of the big things that came out is that this product is used by a lot of celebrities - its used by NFL players, its used by olympians, its used by mixed martial arts people - really big names. And we put those people on the site and got about an 11% increase in the sales coming from that page. "
